Returns

1) Graded items/cards are excluded from all return policies, including the first-purchase return and refund program. Returns will not be accepted even if you are unsatisfied with the condition of the item.
2) If the item has left your possession and been handled by a third party after delivery, we are unable to confirm that it is the same product sold by our store, and therefore cannot accept any returns.

Cancel

1) If a pricing error is discovered (including incorrect digits, $0 listings, or prices that are significantly lower than intended), we sincerely apologize, but we reserve the right to cancel the order in accordance with the provisions on mistake-based cancellation under the Japanese Civil Code.
2) Due to the nature of the products we carry, market prices are subject to fluctuation. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests made after an order has been confirmed on the grounds of market price changes. Additionally, we cannot make adjustments to the purchase price after an order has been confirmed, even if the market price has changed. We appreciate your understanding.
3) For high-value items, we photograph the condition of the card in detail immediately before shipping as a fraud prevention measure. If we determine that the photo submitted by the customer differs from the photo taken by our store, we reserve the right to refuse cancellation, even for first-time customers.
4) For orders totaling $1,400 or more, we may contact you by phone or email to verify your purchase. If we are unable to confirm either your expected payment date or receipt of payment within 3 days of your order, regardless of business days, your order may be cancelled.
5) For orders totaling $7,000 or more, if we are unable to confirm either your expected payment date or receipt of payment by 4:00 PM on the day following our contact, your order may be cancelled.
※ If we determine that a customer is engaging in fraudulent activity, or if cancellations occur on multiple occasions, we reserve the right to refuse future orders from that customer.

Other important notes

1) For some products (such as starter decks), the “pack symbol” shown on the card in the product image may differ from the actual card you receive. Please note that we are unable to specify a particular pack symbol. We appreciate your understanding.
2) Some cards included in deck products and similar items display a Pokemon mark in the lower right corner of the card face. In cases where both a “Pokemon-only mark (e.g., ●)” and a “Pokemon + number mark (e.g., ●1)” exist for the same card, we are unable to specify which version you will receive. We appreciate your understanding.
3) If you purchase 5 or more cards of the same type (including different model numbers or rarities of the same product) in a single order, we may limit the quantity or decline the purchase. In such cases, we will contact you by email prior to shipping. As we will begin preparing your order after receiving your reply, please note that there may be a delay in shipping. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
4) The same applies to supplies and other products — if you purchase multiple units of the same item, we may decline the purchase. In such cases, we will contact you before or at the time of shipping. Please note that there may be instances where we proceed without prior confirmation. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
5) If you place multiple separate orders and pay by bank transfer, we are unable to refund the shipping fee even if you request combined shipping after payment has been made. If you wish to have your items shipped together, please place them all in a single order.
6) As we manage a large volume of cards manually on a daily basis, there may be rare occasions where the stock shown on our website differs from our actual inventory. In such cases, we will refund the amount for the out-of-stock item(s) and either ship the remaining items first, or wait until stock can be secured from our physical store and ship everything together. Please note that shipping may be delayed to the following day or later. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
7) We are unable to provide compensation for defective conditions caused by manufacturing defects in new, unopened products. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and kindly ask that you contact the manufacturer or retailer directly.
8) If you are unable to agree with our store’s product condition standards, we reserve the right to refuse future orders from you.
